KaShKe Productions, LLC., is an independent production company founded in 2005 by Kathryn J. Taylor, Shonelle Blake & Keena Ferguson. The mission of KaShke is to identify, develop and produce original projects for artists to showcase their works via stage, television and film. “Out The Box: A 3 Woman 1 Woman Show”, the company’s first stage project, is written, performed and directed by the three gifted ladies of KaShKe. Out The Box has been seen KaShKe has also produced two short films, a foreign language film, “In Other Words” and social consciousness film, “Homeless Destiny” which is currently screening in film festivals throughout the country. KaShKe is honored to have their inaugural production “Out The Box” was invited to the 2007 National Black Theatre Festival; and recently KaShKe received the prestigious “Outstanding Women in Performing Arts Award” for their production Out The Box. With each project, KaShKe seeks to broaden the industry’s view of women and artists of color, while providing exposure to unknown talent, and encouraging socio-political change.
